POG TANKS is the best option for those who require high quality water supply in a short time frame. POG features the smallest and most productive stand-alone water treatment system available, and is well-suited for rural communities, schools, condominiums, housing estates, commercial and industrial facilities.

POG TANKS are comprised of 3 components which are ACFS Multi-Purpose Storage Tank,
PnP Plug and Pump Station, SFX Tower Tank. PnP pumps will pump water from the raw
water source, which can be used both with surface water and underground water. The next
process is for the refined water to be pumped into the SFX tank in order to prepare it to
international standard tap water.

Aeration

Newly developed only at ACFS tanks, where raw water is injected into a fine foam with pressure in the sponge. This improves the contact between air and water. So it can filter out more rust.

Agitation

Using the tank technology the system speeds up the chemical conversion process to three different speeds (high-mid- low) in a single tank and separates the sediment by combining with the earth's gravity. This reduces the amount of sediment that passes through the filter and increases the efficiency of the water filter system.

Filtration

Using Slow-Filter UFT (Up Flow Type), which filters from the bottom up. It differs from the original filtration system which filters from top to bottom. Filtering in this way maximizes filtration efficiency.

Sendimentation

Using the pre-filtered sediment from the water treatment system, the continuous process in the tank takes about 30 minutes to empty the sludge.

Gases Drainage

Drainage of exhaust gases from harmful gases in water. This will make the water cleaner and smoother than ever before. (the old system does not have this process)

In addition to being a water tank, the system can be operated at one point with a centralized valve set that integrates all ACFS systems for ease of use plus supporting the technology in the ACFS general purpose tank.

PnP Plug and Pump Station

The PnP ready assembled pumping plant is a small pumping plant that is manufactured from coasted steel materials. It automates the operation of the system and pumps water from the raw water source, conditions the air and adds chemicals to adjust the water in the pipe by means of a vacuum. It ensures clean water in the ACFS tank and pumps water to the SFX tank. The sensors monitor and send alerts connected to power failure, air in the pipes, the dry chemicals, overpressure, water level and filter. There is also a ventilation system. The system can also be moved when expansion is desired.

SFX Tower Tank

The SFX tank is made from coasted steel. The tower is ready to serve as the final water supply from the system. The SFX high-rise tower will have a multiple filtration system, which is the final filtration of water before the purification to ensure the water quality is absolutely clear. In addition, the system can be operated at one point with a centralized valve set that integrates all SFX tower tank processes. And to facilitate the re-filtration system when dispensing the water.
